Happy Cake Friday! I m trying to get to all of these cakes before Christmas so I can compile all of my collages into a photo book. Don't look at me like that. You know I am obsessed with lists.

 I am baffled at some of these cakes that are over an hour from St Louis, at a courthouse. I never would have even seen Carlyle Lake if I didn't seek it out. So weird.

Eckerts Country Store - Belleville

 I prefer Eckerts Fun Farm, but I did buy a lot of fancy food at the Country Store. :)
